Welcome to our online store. Facial Enhance provides their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop on this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
Stock Availability
Occassionally an item may be out of stock, if this is the case we will email you within 2 days of purchase.
Postage & Delivery
Please select the delivery option suitable for your location. We normally use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, so be aware that a signiture will be required upon delivery. Please give a delivery address where this will be possible, to avoid delay. Our despatch times and estimated delivery times are as follows:
UK Standard Service: £3.50
Delivery time: 2 - 3 working days. This service includes Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
Ireland: £6.75
Delivery time: 7 - 10 working days.
Europe: £6.75
Delivery time: 7 - 10 working days
Rest of the World: £11.75
Delivery time: 10 - 14 working days.
Returns
We hope you that will be delighted with your purchase from Facial Enhance. However, if you are unhappy with an item for any reason it can be returned to us.
Items should be returned within 14 days if you would like a refund. The items need to be in perfect condition and in their undamaged, original packaging. We cannot refund or exchange anything that has been used. Return postage, packing insurance and direct costs cannot be refunded. Please keep proof of postage to facilitate claims should goods be lost in transit. We endeavour to handle all returns or complaints within 3 - 5 working days.
Please be aware that the Jade Massage Roller Package can only be exchanged for another set of Jade Rollers if they are damaged upon arrival. This is a non-refundable purchase due to the access to the online video demonstration provided with your order.
Cancellation of an Order
You can cancel your order at any time. If the goods have been dispatched already then you have 14 days to return your order to receive a refund. We cannot however refund any postage costs, either to send your order out or to receive it back.
Please be aware that once dispatched the Jade Massage Roller Package cannot be cancelled, (see Returns above). This is a non-refundable purchase due to the access to the online video demonstration provided with your order.
Electronic Communications
When you visit Facial Enhance Online Shop or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Your Membership Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Facial Enhance reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Facial Enhance are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Product Descriptions
Facial Enhance attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Facial Enhance does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Facial Enhance itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Applicable Law
By visiting Facial Enhance Online Store you agree that the law will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Facial Enhance. (Governed under the laws of England).
Modifications
We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time.

This notice describes our privacy policy. By visiting Facial Enhance you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice. (We subscribe to the Data protection act 1984)
Information You Give Us: We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, fulfilling orders, improving our store features, and communication with you.
E-mail Communications: To help us make e-mails more productive to improve service and your shopping experience, we sometimes send you newsletters of our services and products, notifications of changes to our policies, and order confirmations. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us, other than order notifications and receipts, please click the safe unsubscribe button at the bottom of any emails received.
Does Facial Enhance Share the Information It Receives?
We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time do we ever provide your account contact or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless absolutely necessary in order to complete your transaction and order.
