Free radicals, or reactive oxygen species (ROS), are produced as a natural by-product of our metabolism. They play an important role in cellular repair and signalling and the human body has developed its own antioxidant system to deal with them, both from within the body (endogenous) and from the diet (exogenous). However, when this system becomes overwhelmed for various reasons, free radicals can cause damage to normal healthy cells. Increasingly, free radicals are being linked to both egg and sperm damage.

Directions For Use:
Take one capsule three times a day with food, ideally for at least three months prior to conception. Should only be taken on a full stomach. Suitable for vegetarians. Vitafem Boost is free from artificial colours, preservatives, gluten and yeast. Non-GM.
Can be taken on its own for those who just want to boost their intake of anti-oxidants, but principally designed for use alongside Vitafem, particularly for women who are experiencing difficulty getting pregnant or who are preparing for IVF.
